I’ve watched the video. I’m interested in learning more about WILD 5 before signing up. Where can I learn more about the program?

On the navigation bar, you’ll see a tab called About WILD 5. When you click this tab, you’ll see a dropdown menu. Click the first item on the menu, WILD 5 Overview to see a complete overview of the program.

The other tabs on the About WILD 5 menu tell you about the Research behind WILD 5 and Who Created WILD 5.

On the navigation bar, there is also a tab called WILD 5 Practices, which describes each of the practices in detail.

I’m ready to start my WILD 5 journey. What do I do next?

First, make sure you save the WILD 5 program's web address. You can do so by bookmarking the webpage on your computer and mobile device browsers. On certain mobile devices, you can even add WILD 5 to your Home Screen by selecting the "share icon" share icon and selecting the 'Add to Home Screen' option.

Click Create an account in the top navigation menu.

What do I do if I miss a day of the program?

You’re not expected to do the program perfectly, and it’s possible that you’ll miss a day or two. If that happens, complete your daily tracking form by entering ‘no’ to the tracking questions on the day(s) you missed, and then, resume the program. Continuing with the program is much more important than the day or two you missed.

What happens if I forget to log my practices for a few days?

Your WILD 5 path offers a calendar at the bottom of the page, which allows you to select previous days in your program where your practices have not been documented. Click those days and answer your 6 tracking questions. Be sure to complete the HERO Exercises for that day and take a look at the short Motivational Message video.

I have completed the WILD 5 program. Can I do it again? Can I use the same email if I decide to do the program again?

You will receive a congratulatory message, which gives you the option to re-enroll in the program. Yes, you may use the same email.

What should I do if I don't start on my actual start date?

You have the option to reset your start date. Click My Account in the navigation bar and select a new start date. You will be asked to complete the HERO Wellness Scale to ensure your score is current.

What do I do if I forget my password?

  1. Click Log in on the top right of the screen and click “Forgot your password?”.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click “Submit”.
  3. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
